I've been to the Dr. 4 times in the past week.
I finally took Sam in because he's had a cough for 3 weeks that was getting worse.
No problem, they gave me an inhaler and some steroids.
He got better, but as soon as he got off the steroids he got even worse, scary worse.
Like coughing for an hour straight, can't sleep because he's coughing so much (which means we get no sleep).
They put him on a round of antibiotics, sent us home with a nebulizer and some different kind of steroids, and took him off all milk products. He seems to be doing a little better with this, but they still don't know what's causing it - it's either allergies or a virus (and that's narrowing it down!).
So, if anyone has had any experience with this, feel free to pass along your wisdom!
Liv had the same thing once. We even used the same fish face. The nebulizer took care of it. Good luck!
