The surgery is over and all is well.
It took them longer to find a vein for his IV than it did for the actual surgery.
They ended up using his jugular in his neck! Poor kid.
His adenoids were huge and covered in a layer of slime - so it was good to take them out.
He did not come out of surgery very happy, and every time a nurse came in he would wave bye to them and point at the door.
Once we gave him a drink, he was much happier.
We're just glad it's over so we can move on!
