We had the biggest snow storm I've ever seen. I think it was even bigger than '93, but that's just my opinion. I like the snow, but after 2 days of continual snowing, and continual shoveling, I just wanted it all gone. The thing that depresses me the most is how long it's going to take to melt. All my hopes and dreams of an early spring are now piled under 3 feet of snow. It's so deep that when we go out to play in it with Sam I have to shovel a path for him or he gets completely buried in it when he takes a step. And the cherry on top is that now it's super cold, last night was -5 so now the snow is ice and too cold to go enjoy it. My only happy thought is there is finally enough snow for Extreme Sledding. Who's in?
| When Sam walks on the sidewalk, you can't see him because the piles are so big on either side. |
I'd be depressed too. But it sure is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI went running today and the temp was 55 degrees. I dedicated my run to all my family freezing their tails off in Utah
