Basketball

Megan has been playing basketball for awhile now and she LOVES it.

She's gotten a little better with each game. After one game she asked me when she would stop being the smallest girl on her team. So I asked her if she thought I was short, she then started laughing and said, "Yes! You're short!" So I had to break the news to her that because of her genes she probably wouldn't be the tallest girl on the team, but that didn't mean she couldn't play and be good. Then Toby told her about John Stockton and how awesome he was and how he was the shortest (my eyes glazed over at this point). Now Megan lives with the knowledge that she will probably have to jump to get things off the top shelf just like her Mom. It was a sad day.
