One Great Weekend

Just outside the cave.

 We had a great weekend.

We made sure we had all the yard work done before the weekend came so we could just play.

First, we headed to Lagoon for the morning with no lines and lots of sunshine. Then we went to the pool to celebrate it's opening for the summer. While there Max jumped off the diving board for the first time (sorry, no pics - wasn't expecting it!) and Sam was in complete heaven.

Sunday was filled with visiting with family and heading to the cemeteries.

Monday we woke up and headed to our neighbors where they had a flag raising program and some breakfast then it was up to the pirate cave. The kids were awesome hikers and Sam was pretty scared to go in the cave and it didn't help when Grandpa made everyone turn off their flashlights and then scared everyone! Then it was off to the pool one more time and ended with a yummy bbq at Grandpa's. Like I said, lots of fun. Can't wait for more summer fun!

We also got to see our neighbor's horse just hours after it was born!
