Sam is 5!

I think Sam has been excited to turn 5 since he was born. There are lots of things he says are going to happen when he turns 5. One of them was that he won't wake up early anymore, but since he woke up at 5 this morning, I know that's not going to happen! But really, Sam has been soooo excited for his birthday. He wanted a dinosaur themed birthday party and helped me decorate his cake. He wanted the big dinosaur to look like he was eating all the little ones!
He got to have some of his friends over for a party the weekend before his birthday. That age is really fun. The only creative thing I did (thanks to pinterest) was make "dinosaur eggs" with food coloring and frozen balloons. After they found them all I let them smash them on the cement. They loved it.

What would we do without our tramp?! It's the best!
