Halloween

We (I) survived another Halloween. Not my favorite holiday, but the kids love it so...
We had our usual bunch of parties before the actual day came - which means by the time the day came, the kids aren't even that excited to put on their costumes, but that's another post for another day. Megan was Rosie the Riveter, Max was Black Panther, and Sam was Russel Wilson. And one of the exciting things that happened this year is that I forced Megan to pass out candy at our house since she's too old to go trick or treating. She wasn't very happy about it, but this was the first time I've been out trick or treating with my kids! It was a pretty quiet night. It was a school night and it was pretty cold, but the kids made out with a ton of candy. And that's all that really matters.

We made it to the pumpkin patch the day before Halloween - it was freezing.

Sam's 2nd grad Halloween program. (My last one, yippee!)

We always have a costume contest at our gym the Sat., before Halloween. Toby usually wins, but this year he REALLY won. Everyone was dying over his T-Rex costume. It was awesome.

We forgot to take a before trick or treating picture, so this is the after
