Last week of Summer!

After all our trips, we had one week of summer left and we packed in every minute we could! We went to Cherry Hill quite a bit because it's awesome and the boys really wanted to try to win a prize. We really thought Greg was going to win but some kid came out of nowhere and won. Then Toby and Sam got to go for the grand prize! It was throwing water back and forth between buckets. Sam actually did pretty good, but the team with longer arms won. Oh well, next year...
We made it in between piano lessons and haircuts to see the 30 seconds of the tour of Utah go through. Always so cool to watch.
Then my Dad and Kathy had a grandkid sleepover at their house. How cool is that?! The kids were sooo excited! They ate hot dogs, roasted marshmallows, watched a movie outside, slept in tents, had a huge breakfast, went on a hike and cooled off later with a water fight. My Dad and Kathy are saints for doing it, but my kids had a blast and can't wait for next year!
Then of course, we went to the county fair and the rodeo which also fell on Megan's birthday and her big dance party(see I told you we did a lot, more on Megan's bday later). Toby got to be in the cool mountain bike show and I couldn't believe how close they let the kids sit to the motorcycle tricks.
It was a great last week of Summer!

We even had time to check out the new park one evening!
