Christmas!

I can't believe Christmas has already come and gone! We had a wonderful time being together as a family and I'm really enjoying my kids getting a little older. We're finding there's more and more we can do!
Christmas was a 3 day even this year starting with Christmas Sunday, my favorite. After we went to church we drove down to temple square to see the Christus (it was too busy to see when we went to see the lights). Then we walked around to see the cute nativity scenes that you usually miss when you go to see the lights because there's way too many people.
This one was Sam's favorite
Christmas Monday was spent with at the Johnson's annual Christmas Party. We sang O Holy Night, Santa came, new PJ's and lots of fun games and food! It's always one of our favorites.

O Holy Night
Who's pregnant?

Let the games begin!
Christmas Eve found us at the Spjute's this year. It was a fabulous night. Good food (eaten in the garage!) caroling, talents and testimonies. Followed by more good food!
The talents were pretty awesome this year. Zach and Kate brought us to a whole new level with Zach's electric guitar. It was my favorite. Brother Ditto danced around in Savannah's butterfly wings, Grandpa and Megan played a pretty duet, and we did Jimmy Falon's Thank you notes Spjute family style. Too bad no one in my family has watched those - oh well!

The nativity
Gabriella was a favorite all night long. She never stops smiling!

After the Spjute's, it was back home to open Christmas jammies and sibling gifts. I think the kids are more excited for their sibling gifts then actual Christmas!

Sam's wrapping job was my favorite.

Christmas morning was pretty chill. The kids slept in and they got one present from us and one from Santa, so we were done pretty fast, but all were happy!
I think I peed my pants a little I was laughing so hard watching Sam shoot his dad.
Yes, it's so big it has a strap
Max's monster truck is awesome. It can go up stairs and drive on top of those bushes behind him.
Christmas morning was breakfast at the Spjute's. Yum
Later in the afternoon, after we went to the movie Little Women, we went to the Johnson's to open more presents!

It was a great Christmas!
