Max has the Priesthood!

 

Max got ordained a Deacon on January 5, and we are so proud of him! He's the cutest little deacon you ever saw and I wish I could take a picture of him next to the big priests when he passes the sacrament. It's the best. Max knows he's not tall, but he doesn't let that bother him or get in the way of trying new things - and that's what I love about him. As soon as he got his temple recommend, he and Toby made it to the temple. And yes, his head was still above the water! He's been loving going to YM activities already and now it's just me and Sam home on Wed. nights. I am getting old.

I have to remember that in this picture Sam was barely holding it together. It was fast Sunday and it was the first time Sam had done it the whole time and after this picture was taken he started crying because he was so hungry!
