Easter was different during quarantine. I can't remember why but Sam was NOT happy to take pictures or to be made to put on nice clothes. So we decided to take an angry picture, it's my favorite. The Johnsons were super nice and delivered an Easter egg hunt so we weren't sad about missing out on that - and Sam was really worried about that so he was happy to have a hunt in the backyard.
Mother's Day was great, and weird, so the usual. It was the 12 year anniversary of Lindsey passing so that made it extra weird. The older I get, the more I realize how hard losing Linz must have been on my Mom. Le weep. But the kids and Toby took great care of me that day. Fed me lots of good food that I didn't have to cook, let me read a book, and I even got to go the cemetery by myself!

There's a whole 'I Spy' thing going on around Farmington and Sam thought this was the best. |

The boys have awesome teachers who came and decorated their door. |

Visiting Linz on Mother's Day. She's been gone so long her picture is starting to look old, and I'm looking older! Le weep. |

The boys beg and beg for Toby and jump with them on the tramp. They're lucky that he obliges them most of the time. |
We have to document Toby's quarantine beard. Sam asked him to grow one. This is what it looked like after 2 weeks and he was nice enough to shave it for Mother's Day. I am not a fan. I even told him that I found myself not looking at him, that's how much I didn't like it, so sadly I didn't even notice when he finally did shave!
