Sam's Piano Recital

Sam had his last recital with Anne as his teacher. She is retiring and it's going to be sad to see her go! She has taught all the kids and was there through Sam's craziness. I gave her a BIG hug goodbye.

All the boys were doing a Bach song so she had them come in sunglasses and called them The Men In Bach, and made them all stand at attention while they played their songs. It was pretty fun, and as you can tell from the pictures Sam was VERY into it and loved that he got to stand at attention.

Sam did a fantastic job on his songs and is becoming quite the pianist. I am proud of both of us for getting to this point!

He FINALLY got his gold cup! It was the only thing that kept him going in piano sometimes. He earned it by have Superior ratings 3 years in a row at Federation.
