Thanksgiving

 

We had another fantastic Thanksgiving in Sammamish again! Other than the extra 2 hours to get there when we were only 45 minutes away! We have now experienced "The Pass" in the snow. Apparently they don't plow? It was bad but we survived and made it and enjoyed sunshine the rest of the time we were there! And since I hate blogger and it just uploaded all the pics in reverse order, we're going to start at the end of the trip and work our way to the beginning.

We went to the Giving Machines and got some chickens, balls and fed an entire class

One thing we love about the Balls is that they always come up with random games to play.

These 3 played this game for an hour. Each one had to throw the ball at the wall and the person behind them had to catch it without dropping it.

We watched lots of fun Christmas shows on the giant couch.

This is the only pic we got of Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious. Mel made another spatchcock turkey. It's the only way to go.

We got to talk to Marcus! It was so great to see his face again.

The Ball's ward was nice enough to let our family participate in their turkey bowl. Megan was the only girl and totally represented. She made many touchdowns. As soon as they realized she could actually play, she was their secret weapon.

We did an escape room. It was the Balls against the Johnsons. Somehow we won. Randy's still upset about it!

We wasted no time playing the day we got there. Plus the sun was out! The boys got their workouts in pushing me and Toby on the rope swing.
