Sam is 13!! Sam is always so excited for his birthday. He starts planning it months in advance and can't sleep for 2 weeks leading up to it. I can't remember the last time I was that excited for anything. But that's good, Sam reminds us that life is meant to be fun and exciting. He may or may not have cried when he got his birthday card from his missionary sister, he misses her! Me too Sam, me too. This birthday was mostly lacrosse and fishing stuff. He said it was his best birthday yet, but he says that every year! The best part about it was that I didn't have to do a birthday party for him because the next day he went on an overnighter with all his friends for a YM camp. Score! We love Sam!
