Horses and Highways

Megan had a primary activity where she got to ride horses! So she wore her cowboy boots and hat and got to ride Chocolate and Princess. She had a great time.
Then we heard that before they opened Legacy Highway for cars, they were letting people ride their bikes, run or rollerblade on it. So we headed over there and it took awhile for Megan to ride in the middle of the road because we always taught her to ride on the side, but it was pretty cool to be on a freeway with no cars! We were surprised that Megan stayed so happy because she was pretty sick and had only gotten a few hours of sleep the night before, but she was tough!
