The Cotswolds

Beautiful background, unfortunately I'm standing in stinging nettle!
For most of the rest of the trip we were in what's called the "Cotswolds". It's an area in Southern England that's known for it's quaint villages and beautiful green hillsides. And it was amazing. I didn't know places like this still exist. We loved it!
The "tunnel" roads. They were everywhere, and yes, this is a 2 lane road!

The driveway leading up to a beautiful home!

My favorite place we stayed at the entire trip! This was in the Upper Slaughters and it's called "Lords of the Manor". It was heavenly!

We had the best food at Lords of the Manor!

Eating said food! Yumm!

Toby's breakfast. That black stuff is blood pudding, and Toby tried it. He said it wasn't too bad.
It doesn't matter how tiny the village is, they all have a cathedral. They were so pretty!

A tiny doorway!

This place was gorgeous! It had that stream running down the middle of town with cute bridges crossing over.

We stopped in a cafe for hot chocolate and biscuits! So good!

Gadfield Elm Chapel. The first LDS chapel in the world! Very cool story to hear!

Gloucester Cathedral

Harry Potter was filmed here!

This entryway was used for the entrance to one of the house dorms.

A funny statue outside.
Stroud! Where Linz served.

Her apartment

Some cheeky bumbs.

We found a zip line in Stroud that we knew Linz would want us to play on. It was awesome!
