The Bathrooms

We had the toilet on our deck for 3 weeks and Greg owes me $10 because he bet me that Sam would pee in it! Luckily that never happened!
I'm finally getting around to posting about the bathroom remodel. Whew! Am I glad it's done! It was 4 weeks long and I'm impressed that we survived living in one tiny bathroom! Construction is not for the faint of heart. There was dust everywhere covered on everything. And since my boys have some asthma issues, we had to clean EVERY night. By the end of the construction my vacuums weren't working very well and when it was all over I had to take them apart and clean them really good and then put them back together again. Luckily, they work now! We love the new bathrooms and we appreciate them even more because we had to live without them! I don't know what happened to my "before" bathroom pictures but somehow they're gone which is really tragic because now you won't be able to appreciate the transformation. The biggest transformation was the master bath. The sinks were inside the bedroom. That's right, I said inside the bedroom. The door only separated the shower and toilet. So now we have a nice wall that separates an entire bathroom! The other bathrooms just got an update from the original 80's laminate flooring and nasty tile. It was gross!
Here's the pics, enjoy!
This is the basement bathroom before (the only pic I could find). It was the grossest. Nasty toilet, floor, everything.

The kids got to make the first holes.

This is my master bathroom during. That small wall on the right where the sink drain and lights are is where my sink was, IN THE BEDROOM!

Basement bathroom finished!

Upstairs bathroom done!
