We continued the good times in Seattle by going to Snoqualmie Falls, waking up early to hike before the kids woke up, and of course, more lake hopping. Mel & Randy also took us to a Michelin star restaurant that was soooo good. I keep craving it. It was sad to say goodbye to the Balls but we hope we'll be back soon!

Apparently we didn't swim enough and the boys had to get in the hot tub. |
And the waterslide |
We went on a walk in the forest right by their house, it reminded me of the redwoods. |
They're not playing with poop, that's a bunch of slugs. |
We won't be surprised if Sam & Landon do something violent later in life. |
Snoqualmie Falls |
The kids thought this hill was like the warped wall on Ninja Warrior. They played on it forever. |
Of course we had to stop at XXX for their rootbeer floats! |
We found a tiny frog. |
Sam wanted nothing to do with swimming. Just wanted to build a hot tub! |
Finished! |
Can you spot Max on the dock? |
Besties |
Our early morning hike to snow lake, it was amazing! |
Yes, that is a real place! |
Me paddling back to grab everyone to see the bald eagle I saw on the post eating a fish! |
Our awesome beach |
Yes, Me & Mel are total nerds plugging our noses |
Even the bigger kids got on board with the "hot tub" this time. |
Sam was in heaven and covered in sand! |
Watching the bald eagle fly overhead. |
Ethan can climb anything. |
We played on this awesome trifecta of toys one day! It was so fun! All those yellow connectors were cool because I thought you would just walk on them to get to the next trampoline, but the kids would run and jump onto them on their bellies and slide like a penguin to the next one! Toby desperately tried to make this happen, but alas, he is to old! |
Livin the dream. |
One last sunset swim. |
So long Seattle, we'll be back!!! |
This even makes me sad that you had to go home. Amazing place with amazing family.
