You Gotta Love It, Baby!

Last year, we got to go the Jazz arena and play basketball with Rudy. This year they had tons of cool stuff to see and do! The kids got to go on the court and play basketball with Thurl Bailey, then we got to go to the locker room (their shoes are huge!), then we got pictures taken with the Jazz bear and some Jazz player that Toby said was cool. Then the kids got to do a scavenger hunt to win some headbands, wristbands and old school jazz socks! We did all this within 45 minutes! It was awesome!

Sam couldn't get his ball high enough when he shot it, so Thurl helped him out. I though Toby was going to pee his pants!

I got nailed by the silly string from the jazz bear.

This has now inspired our neighborhood to play a lot of basketball in their jazz gear!

I've also learned having a kid with orange hair, means you will always be noticed. This is a bad picture of a camera crew leaving right after they'd interviewed Sam while we were waiting to get in. They were picking random kids out of the line to interview, and sure enough, they saw that orange hair and went right to him!
