Extreme Sledding!

Soooo happy!
Since we got so much snow on Christmas, we were all very excited to go Extreme Sledding! Even the boys were going to come. I was one happy momma to have the whole family sledding. So we woke up and got ready to go and also figured since we were halfway there, we might as well take the boys skiing and go visit Laura and Jake. To say we packed in a lot during the break would be an understatement! We were determined to do something fun everyday and I think we did it!
The sledding conditions weren't the best when we went right after Christmas, but still a lot of fun because of so much powder there was no way you could hurt yourself, it was like sledding on clouds. We went again on New Year's Day with Greg and family and that time was probably one of the best times I've ever been! We had just gotten some fresh powder on top of the snow from Christmas, it was awesome - until other people came but we just blew past them like they were standing still.

All done. All the ski instructors couldn't get over Sam's 'retro' skis. They said, "Man, they just don't make 'em like that anymore!" It was hilarious.

Sam is in worker man heaven with uncle Jake in his barn.

Sam's eyes got really big when Jake was telling him how you wear that mask when you're welding, and welding uses FIRE!

Then Sam got to go with Jake to plow one of his job sites. Sam could've done that all day.

Then we came home and the kids went sledding on our neighbor's hill they made! So fun!
