Halloween 2017

We made it through another Halloween. Such a weird holiday and not one of my favorites, but the kids like it and I guess that's all that matters. Sam dressed up as Batman, Megan as a robber, and Max as Spiderman, and usual they got good use out of their costumes from all the different parties going on.
A praying mantis was on the other side of the door of my x-ray skeleton and it looked super cool.
The city always puts on a party and it was actually pretty fun until all the workers kept telling us, 'don't forget to get your picture with the royalty! It's so exciting they're here! Even Miss Hawaii is here!' As if we really cared. So the boys went up to take the obligatory picture so they could get their treat. Toby told them that someday they would appreciate it.
And of course, we had the much anticipated Witchey-poo party. The kids are always super excited about it and it did not disappoint!

For some reason, the powers that be decided the kids should have school off the day BEFORE Halloween. Those poor teachers. To try and make the time go by faster, Sam took his nerf gone outside and shot at ghosts.
 The obligatory costume parade.
Got my Numan bakery donut! Yum!
