Halloween

Sam the zombie soccer player
Halloween this year made us feel old. All the kids were off with friends and this was the first time Toby has passed out candy. He didn't know what to do with himself. It was also the first time since we've had kids that it was cold! And it was really cold! So I wasn't complaining that I didn't have to trick or treat with anyone. Max and his friends went to so many houses that he came home almost in tears because he was so tired. He fell asleep before Toby could get his shoes off. Sam, on the other hand, hardly went to any houses and stopped early with all his friends to play games at his friends house. They're so different. And I'm grateful Sam didn't get a lot of candy, the last thing he needs is sugar!

We started the day with the parade at the elementary school and party after. Why do they even go to school that day?!
We carved our pumpkins from our garden that never quite got all the way orange this year.

One of our favorite things about this Halloween was seeing this balloon at Megan's friends house. They also put a creepy clown face under the grate. Awesome
