One BAD Week

We were naive in thinking that this past week would be normal with nothing too exciting. Little did we know it would start out with:

Megan barfing in the middle of the night and continuing on into the next day.

Then Max and I getting the flu that would take us out of commission for a few days.

Toby getting a speeding ticket because he "didn't know what the speed limit was". (Let me just point out that we have lived here for over 5 years and Toby grew up in this area.)

Last, but not least, Toby got rear ended. (The car, not him). Luckily there was a car between him and the guy that didn't stop or else our car would be totaled. Now we have a bumper that clearly shows the license plate number of the car behind him. Gratefully, no one was hurt.

As this week came to a close, we are grateful that everyone is feeling better and that no one was seriously injured (other than Toby getting knocked around when he told me he got ANOTHER ticket). We are hoping that this week will be a little better. So, here's to hoping!

  1. Seriously, what a week, Im so sorry. Sick kids and accidents are not sounding good. I hope this next week is better. You deserve something to go your way.
