Fun in the Sun

Bish took the 'Fab 5' to Lagoon one day.

Summer's the best. Although, with how hot this summer has been, I'm starting to have doubts. But really, it's soo fun. Here's some things we've been up to.

Max did another apple camp - this one was showing them how to compose music.

Lots of walks to the pond to skip rocks.

Lots of trips to the cool new carwash that was giving away free car washes. It was like a Lagoon ride!

Sam's cabbage was finally ready to pick. Yum!

We love the movie theater by our house with the comfy chairs! $5 Tuesday is the best!

We've been visiting lots of new parks - in the evening of course, when it's not so hot. I feel like we live in Arizona.

 

Sam thought he'd died and gone to heaven when he realized he could dunk on this basket.

Lots of fun BBQ's with family. Claire is the cutest.

The pool isn't as busy anymore. So we take full advantage of being the only ones using the diving boards. I'll sit on the side while each kid goes off and says, "Watch this Mom!" for at least 30 minutes. I don't think I have too many summers left when they'll still want to show me stuff - so I'll take it!

Max's summer goal was to learn to ride the ripstick - and he did it!

 We went to the Ogden rodeo, per tradition. It was awesome. Best rodeo I've been to in a long time. The bulls were feisty! They kept trying to spear the cowboys! It was intense!
